In the last year, 63 individuals have undertaken OCN training in ReStore. Funding partnerships with The Gallaher Trust in Ballymena and the National Lottery Community Fund in Belfast & Newtownards, are helping ReStore to support more local people into employment.
New partnerships with companies, including Dougies Goodies and Pilgrims, will enable more local people to gain valuable skills and experience and create more opportunities for volunteers to transition into permanent employment.
Two local people in Ballymena have now secured permanent employment at Dougies Goodies! Adam and Emily have both volunteered at ReStore Ballymena for several years, with a combined 3,500 hours. Read more about this partnership and Adam & Emily's stories here.
